INT QB Software provides custom software development, business automation, cloud deployment, accounting software development, and related technical consulting and support services, as described on our Services page. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are agreed separately with each client, typically in a written proposal or statement of work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or materials reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services.
We work to keep our website and delivered applications available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, software and materials we develop for a client are licensed or transferred to that client according to the terms of the specific project agreement. Our own tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain our property.
Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or subscription agreement. Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on them. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, INT QB Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement in accordance with the terms of the specific project or subscription agreement. General cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tucson, Arizona.
